Mindtree to hold board meeting

Mindtree announced that the board meeting of the company will be held on 16 April 2014 to consider the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2014, declaration of third interim and final dividend, a proposal for increasing the existing authorized share capital of the company and issue of bonus shares.
