MMTC standalone net profit rises 16.04% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales rise 20.71% to Rs 5008.11 crore

Net profit of MMTC rose 16.04% to Rs 37.98 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 32.73 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales rose 20.71% to Rs 5008.11 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 4148.91 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit rose 157.03% to Rs 47.91 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 18.64 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales declined 27.25% to Rs 18241.50 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 25074.49 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
