Monotype India to hold board meeting

Monotype India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 February 2015, to fix the record date for Split of Shares from Rs 10 to Rs 1 pursuant to the Scheme of arrangement approved by the Hon'ble High court of Calcutta to maintain the uniformity in consideration.
