Morarjee Textiles announces change in compliance officer

Morarjee Textiles announced that the Company have appointed Subhashchandra Kashimpuria, Chief Finance Officer of the Company as a Compliance Officer in term of clause 47(a) of Equity Listing Agreement.

The appointment of Subhashchandra Kashimpuria has been made as a compliance officer in place of Karina Vaz who has now ceased to be the compliance officer.
