Elder Pharmaceuticals appoints director

With effect from 15 July 2015

Elder Pharmaceuticals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 July 2015, has passed resolution for appointment of Dr. Babita Bhatia as Additional Director (Woman Director) w.e.f. 15 July 2015 in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and the amendments made to Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
