Motilal Oswal Financial Services announces change in directorate

With effect from 14 October 2019

The Board of Motilal Oswal Financial Services at its meeting held on 31 July 2019 has appointed Raamdeo Agarawal as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company w.e.f. 14 October 2019. Agarawal will cease to be the Joint-Managing Director of the Company due to expiry of his term of appointment w.e.f. closure of business hours of 13 October 2019 and he continues as Non-Executive Director of the Company.
