MRPL's Delayed Coker Unit goes on stream

To increase high value products

Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals has announced that the Delayed Coker Unit (DCU) of 3.0 MMTPA, which is part of the refinery up-gradation cum expansion project, goes on stream today i.e. 03 April 2014. With this the fuel oil production will come down drastically with corresponding increase in high value products.
