MS Investments will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 3 August 2015, to consider and approve the change in Registrar of the Company from "Cameo Corporate Services Limited" to "Purva Sharegistry India Private Limited", & to Fix Book closure date for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
