Natco Pharma announces change in directorate

Natco Pharma announced that Exim Bank has withdrawn their Nominee Director from the Board of Directors and the Board of Directors by way Resolution by circulation appointed T V Rao as Additional Directors of the Company. Further, Dr. Leela Digumarti was appointed by the Board of Directors as Additional Director by way of Resolution by Circulation.
