National Fertilizer reports standalone net profit of Rs 31.44 crore in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 5.48% to Rs 1640.15 crore

Net profit of National Fertilizer reported to Rs 31.44 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against net loss of Rs 100.57 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 5.48% to Rs 1640.15 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 1554.97 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 651.11% to Rs 197.09 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 26.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 8.85% to Rs 7765.88 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 8519.69 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
