Enters distribution agreement with Tradeplast LLC, trading company of Holzplast Inc.
National Plastic Industries has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Tradeplast LLC, trading Company of the manufacturer Holzplast Inc, Germany, for distribution and selling certain Holzplast products in India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka. This includes rights to distribute and sell Vinyl siding, Half-log Vinyl, Exterior panels and Shingles.Under the agreement, National Plastic Industries shall have exclusive right to distribute and sell the said products for a period of four years in India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
National Plastic Industries will promote the Holzplast products through its own sales force in the aforesaid countries.
