NCC allots 92 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

NCC has allotted 92 lakh equity shares of Rs 2 each at a premium of Rs 117.37 on conversion of warrants issued on preferential basis to A V S R Holdings, promoters of the company. Post allotment of equity shares, the paid up capital of the company has increased to Rs 121.97 crore.
