NCLT approves scheme of amalgamation of Biocon Research with Biocon Biologics

Biocon announced that the National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench, has sanctioned the scheme of amalgamation of Biocon Research (transferor company) with Biocon Biologics (transferee company) and their respectively shareholders. The transferor and transferee company both are subsidiaries of Biocon.

The Certified Copy of this Order sanctioning the Scheme has been filed with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Bengaluru, Karnataka on 07 February 2020.
