Neeraj Paper Marketing announces change in company secretary

With effect from 31 July 2016

Neeraj Paper Marketing announced about the following:

1. Biresh Kumar Das, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company has resigned from the post of Company Secretary due to the personal reason. The Board has accepted the resignation of Biresh Kumar Das w.e.f. 31 July 2016.

2. Vaishali Mathpal has been appointed as Company Secretary of the company w.e.f. 01 August 2016. She is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Further, Vaishali Mathpal has also been appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company pursuant to Regulation 6 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

3. Pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board has authorised Vaishali Mathpal in place of Biresh Kumar Das for the purpose of making disclosure to stock exchange.
