Due to derecognizition of Madhya Pradesh Stock Exchange
Neo Corp International announced that the equity shares of the Company were trading in National Stock Exchange (NSE) under Section 13 (Permitted Category) through Madhya Pradesh Stock Exchange (MPSE).As per SEBI Circular dated 22 May 2014, MPSE is in a process of De-recognizition.
NSE has, vide Circular dated 04 December 2014 subsequently vide Circular dated 06 January 2015 has withdrawn the Company from dealing under permitted to trade category with effect from 30 January 2015.
The Company has filed listing application with the NSE and the trading in the NSE will resume soon.
