Nestle India fixes record date for second interim dividend

Record date is 16 September 2014

Nestle India announced that 16 September 2014 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of determining entitlement of shareholders to the second interim dividend for the year 2014, if any.

Further, the Company has informed that the second interim dividend for 2014, if any declared, would be paid on and from 26 September 2014.
