Neuland Laboratories to allot 16.75 lakh equity shares

The QIP Committee of the Board of Directors of Neuland Laboratories approved the allotment of 16,75,000 Equity Shares to eligible qualified institutional buyers at the Issue price of Rs 750 per Equity Share (including a share premium of Rs 740 per Equity Share), aggregating to approximately Rs 125.62 crore.
