Nifty December 2014 futures at premium

Turnover declines

Nifty December 2014 futures were at 8053.95, a premium of 24.15 points over spot closing of 8029.80. Turnover on NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment declined to Rs 389959.40 crore from Rs 401963.90 crore on Tuesday, 16 December 2014.

State Bank of India December 2014 futures were at 303.95, near spot closing of 302.85.

ICICI Bank December 2014 futures were at 334.80, near spot closing of 333.20.

Axis Bank December 2014 futures were at 476.70, at a premium over spot closing of 474.60.

In the spot market, the 50-unit CNX Nifty lost 37.80 points or 0.47% to settle at 8,029.80, its lowest closing level since 28 October 2014.

The December 2014 derivatives contract expire on 24 December 2014.
