Turnover drops
Nifty January 2015 futures were at 8331.95, a premium of 49.25 points over spot closing of 8282.70. Turnover on NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment declined to Rs 81558.17 crore from Rs 98727.54 crore on Tuesday, 30 December 2014.
State Bank of India January 2015 futures were at 315.45, at a premium over spot closing of 312.75.
Yes Bank January 2015 futures were at 770.50, at a discount compared to spot closing of 771.
SKS Microfinance January 2015 futures were at 417, at a premium over spot closing of 413.40.
In the spot market, the 50-unit CNX Nifty rose 34.45 points or 0.42% to settle at 8,282.70, its highest closing level since 22 December 2014.
The January 2015 derivatives contract expire on 29 January 2015.
