Turnover drops
Nifty July 2014 futures were at 7657.65, at a premium of 17.20 points over spot closing of 7640.45. Turnover on NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment declined to Rs 168688.18 crore from Rs 217658.19 crore on Wednesday, 16 July 2014.
IRB Infrastructure Developers July 2014 futures were at 271.65, at a premium over spot closing of 270.20.
Tata Steel July 2014 futures were at 560.40, at a premium over spot closing of 558.70.
State Bank of India July 2014 futures were at 2601.35, at a premium over spot closing of 2599.
In the spot market, the 50-unit CNX Nifty rose 16.05 points or 0.21% to settle at 7,640.45, its highest closing level since 7 July 2014.
The July 2014 derivatives contracts expire on 31 July 2014.
