F&O turnover drops
Nifty June 2015 futures were at 8043, at a discount of 1.15 points over spot closing of 8044.15. Turnover on NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment declined to Rs 1.63 lakh crore from turnover of Rs 1.90 lakh crore registered during the previous trading session on Friday, 5 June 2015.
State Bank of India (SBI) June 2015 futures were at 255.10, near spot closing of 254.85.
Axis Bank June 2015 futures were at 552, at a discount compared to spot closing of 552.75.
ICICI Bank June 2015 futures were at 283.95, at a premium compared to spot closing of 282.50.
In the spot market, the 50-unit CNX Nifty lost 70.55 points or 0.87% to settle at 8,044.15, its lowest closing level since 17 December 2014.
The June 2015 F&O contracts are set to expire on 25 June 2015.
