ICICI Bank, SBI September futures prices trade near spot prices
The September 2015 futures on the 50-unit CNX Nifty index traded at 7563.60, which was near Nifty's closing of 7558.80 in the cash market.
In the cash market, the Nifty lost 96.25 or 1.25% to settle at 7,558.80, its lowest closing level since 15 July 2014.
Among individual stock futures, ICICI Bank September 2015 futures traded at 249.90, near spot closing of 249.
State Bank of India (SBI) September 2015 futures traded at 222.10, near spot closing of 221.10.
Axis Bank September 2015 futures traded at 454, near spot closing of 451.50.
The September 2015 F&O contracts are set to expire on 24 September 2015.
