NIIT Technologies allots equity shares

Under ESOP

NIIT Technologies announced that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Company has allotted 12,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005, on 17 July 2015.

Consequent to the said allotment the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up to 61,071,399 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 610,713,990 /-.
