Announces appointment of CEO and CFO

Northlink Fiscal & Capital Services announced that following directors have been resigned from the Board of the Company w.e.f. 02 July 2015:- Sunil Dutt Maria, Anuradha Rani, Jatan Kumar, Balwinder Singh and Rahul Sharma.

Further, Sunil Dutt Maria and Anuradha Rani have been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) respectively w.e.f. 02 July 2015.
