NTPC announces change in directorate

NTPC announced the cessation of Rajesh Jain as Independent Director of NTPC with effect from 10 October 2017. The Board noted the resignation at its meeting held on 24 October 2017. The Ministry of Power, GoI has appointed the following incumbents as Part Time Non Official Directors (Independent Directors) on the Board of NTPC - M P Singh, Pradeep Deb, Shahi Shekhar, Subhash Joshi and Vinod Kumar with effect from 24 October 2017.
