Oil India announces change in nominee director

With effect from 10 December 2020

Oil India announced the appointment of Asheesh Joshi, Director (E-I) as Govt. Nominee Director on the Board of the Company vice Rohit Mathur, Joint Secretary (G), MoP&NG [w.e.f. 10 December 2020]. Accordingly, Rohit Mathur, Joint Secretary (G), MoP&NG has ceased to be Govt. Nominee Director on the Board of the Company.
