Oil & Natural Gas Corpn approves NCD issuance of up to Rs 1140 cr

Oil & Natural Gas Corpn has approved the offer and issuance of up to 11,400 unsecured, listed, redeemable, non-cumulative, taxable, NCDs of face value of Rs 10,00,000 at par aggregating to a total issue size of up to Rs 1,140 crore on a private placement basis. The date of allotment is 21 October 2020.
