Oil & Natural Gas Corpn fixes record date for interim dividend

Record date is 17 December 2014

Oil & Natural Gas Corpn announced that 17 December 2014 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend.

Payment of interim Dividend, if declared, shall start from 18 December 2014 onwards to the Shareholders.
