Olympia Industries allots equity shares

On conversion of warrants

Olympia Industries announced that on 29 March 2016, the Company has allotted 4,00,000 (Four Lacs) Equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each fully paid up upon conversion of 4,00,000 warrants of Rs.45/- each to Anurag N. Pansari, Promoter & Promoter group of the Company.
