Omansh Enterprises announced about the following changes have been effected in the constitution of the Board of Directors of the Company:1. Vidya Sagar Bhatia and Divesh Kumar Bajaj who were appointed as the Additional Directors by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 14 February 2014 and 25 February 2014 respectively have been appointed by the members at the 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 29 September 2014 as Independent Directors not liable to retire by rotation and to hold office for 5 (Five) consecutive years for a term upto the 45th AGM of the Company to be held in the year 2019.
2. The members at the 40th Annual General Meeting held on 29 September 2014 approved the appointed of Radhey Shayam as the Whole Time Director of the Company, who was appointed at the said designation by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 14 February 2014.
