Orient Beverages will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 May 2015, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2015 and Recommendation of Dividend for the financial year 2014-15 will also be considered.
