Orient Green Power Company allots 1.09 crore shares to SREI Infrastructure Finance

The Allotment Committee Meeting of the Board of Directors of Orient Green Power Company has approved the allotment of 1,09,24,302 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.10/- each at a premium of Rs.2.55/- per equity share to SREI Infrastructure Finance on a Preferential Basis.
