Oriental Bank of Commerce gets revision in credit ratings from CARE

Oriental Bank of Commerce announced that CARE Ratings has revised the rating outlook of Tier I & Tier 11 Bonds from "Stable" to "under credit watch with developing implications" in view of the Ministry of Finance's announcement regarding the proposed amalgamation of Oriental Bank of Commerce and United Bank of India with Punjab National Bank.
