For the Audited full year,net profit declined 14.84% to Rs 1.09 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 1.28 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales declined 25.21% to Rs 59.02 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 78.91 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
