Golden Goenka Fincorp announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 May 2014, has allotted 121,237,929 equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each at a premium of Rs 4 per equity share issued on rights basis on 02 May 2014.Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 95.11 crore dividend into 19,02,38,329 equity shares of Rs 5 each fully paid.
Pursuant to the above allotment, the shareholding of promoter/ promoter group has changed from 58.98% of the pre-issue capital of the Company to 59.90% of the post-issue capital of the Company.
