Outcome of board meeting of Aurionpro Solutions

Aurionpro Solutions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 March 2015, has allotted 15,06,120 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the equity shareholder of Intellivisions Software (merged entity). The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
