Bajrang Finance announced that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 14 September 2016, has considered and approved the following businesses:1. Increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs. 1,50,00,000/-(Rupees One Crore Fifty Lakhs only) to Rs. 2,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores only) and thereby to alter the Memorandum of Association of the Company and Articles of Association of the Company.
2. Issue of 4,00,000 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on preferential basis to the Non -promoters at a price which shall not be lower than the price determined in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VII of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.
Further, the Board have decided to seek approval of members for the same through Extraordinary General Meeting.
