Birdhi Chand Pannalal Agencies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 December 2014, inter alia, transacted the following :1. The Board of Directors has considered the resignation of M/s Surana Singh Rathi a Co., Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the company.
2. The Board of Directors has considered the appointment of M/s A K Meharia & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as statutory auditors subject to the approval of shareholders In the ensuing EGM.
3. The Board of Directors has approved the resignation of M/s Suman Murarka as Company Secretary w.e.f. from 01 January 2015.
4. The Board of Directors has decided to call an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on 27 January 2015 to obtain assent of members for the captioned agendas.
