The Board of Combat Drugs at its meeting held on 30 October 2017 transacted the following -The Board approved the Increase of Authorised Capital of the company from Rs.8,00,00,000 to 10,10,00,000/- and consequential alteration in the Memorandum & Articles of Association, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company.
Bhupendralal Waghray has resigned as Independent Director of the company with immediate effect.
Ragu Raghuram has been appointed as Additional and Independent Director of the company with immediate effect.
Vasudev Komaraju has been appointed as Additional Director of the company with immediate effect.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company for the year 2016-2017 is to be held on 30 November, 2017.
