Cessation of Directorship and Membership from various committees of the Board of the Company; of Anil Gopal Joshi due to his sad demise on 16 November 2015.
2. Acceptance of resignation tendered by Ajeet Vinayak Garde, CFO of the Company.
3. Appointment of Praturi Subrahmanya Sastry as Chief Financial officer & Key Managerial Person (in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013) of the Company.
