Outcome of board meeting of Dolat Investments

Dolat Investments has announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held 20 March 2014 inter alia, has decided, that the shareholders of the Company to approve the special resolutions by way of postal ballot for shifting registered office of the Company from the State of Tamil Nadu to Union Territory Daman & Diu and amending the Object Clause of the Company.
