Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 February 2015, inter alia, have accorded the approval of following item:1. Appointed Dr. Vasantha S. Bharucha as Woman Director (Independent) by way of an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 04 February 2015.
2. The proposal of its wholly owned subsidiary Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (Mauritius) to place an order for constructions of new vessels DP3 Barge 400 PAX and Offshore Construction Vessel (OCV) 150 PAX amounting to USD 70 Million.
