DRA Consultants announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 13 January, 2018 have considered and approved the following:1. Deferring the shifting of Credit Facilities of the Company.
2. Intimation of Authorised Signatories of the Company to various authorities, banks and other agencies, bodies etc.
3. Availing Bank Guarantee facility against Term Deposits.
