Eastern Treads announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 January 2016, inter alia, has decided the following:1. Annulment of forfeiture of 1000 shares.
2. In principle approval granted to the proposal for re-issue of forfeited shares and authorized the Company Secretary to report to the Board for further actions.
3. Considered the Statement of investor Complaints.
4. Approved and adopted the policy for determination of materiality of events as specified in SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 and authorized the Company Secretary to make such disclosures to stock exchange(s)
5. Decided to open new branch in Delhi and C&F at Indore, Chandrakona, Siluguri and Raipur.
