GG Dandekar Machine Works announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 May 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:1. Declarations received from the Directors under Section 274(1)(g) of the Companies Act, 1956 and u/s 164 of the Companies Act, 2013.
2. General Notices of disclosure of interest received from Directors u/s 299 in form 24AA and u/s 184(1) in MBP-1.
3. Company has decided to shift the factory operations which is currently canned out at Bhiwandi lock, stock and barrel to Nagpur effective from 02 May 2014.
