Grandma Trading & Agencies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 October 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:1. The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Eshwara Prasad Reddy Sunkara as an Additional Director in the capacity of Independent;
2. The Board took note of resignation of Fulchand Jain, Independent Director with effect from 05 October 2015.
