Outcome of board meeting of HCL Infosystems

HCL Infosystems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 September 2015, has considered the offer letters received by the Company from HCL Services, HCL Learning and HCL Infotech, the wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company (collectively referred to as "Subsidiaries") and approved to subscribe to offer of equity shares and optionally fully convertible debentures ("OFCDs").
