HSIL announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 January 2015, has approved the Postal Ballot notice for seeking consent of the Members for (1) increase in present limit of Foreign Institutional Investors (Flls) shareholding in the Company to 40% (Forty per cent) of paid up equity share capital of the Company in accordance with applicable laws and (2) increase in present limit of Non Resident Indians (NRIs) shareholding in the company to 5% (Five cent) of paid up equity share capital of the Comply in accordance with applicable laws.
