Outcome of board meeting of Escorts

Escorts announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 January 2015, has approved the following:

1. Appointment of Dr. Sutanu Behuria, Nitasha Nanda and G.B. Mathur as Additional Directors of the Company w.e.f. 16 January 2015.

2. Appointment of Ajay Kumar Sharma as Company Secretary in place of G.B. Mathur w.e.f. 16 January 2015.

3. Appointment of Ajay Kumar Sharma as Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 16 January 2015.
