International Combustion (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 December 2014, has accorded its approval to the retirement of Suhas Chandra Saha from the position of Vice President (Finance) & Secretary with effect from the close of business on 31 January 2015. The Board has also decided to appoint Saha as the Company Secretary of the Company in whole-time employment on contractual basis with effect from 01 February 2015.As Saha shall be relieved from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 01 February 2015, the Board has decided to appoint Asish Kumar Neogi as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 01 February 2015. However, Saha shall continue to function as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
